1. REFUNDS: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer any refunds.
2. EXCHANGES: We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item. (CUSTOM, PERSONALIZED OR SEASONAL ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGES)
Returned items are inspected and we reserve the right to refuse any returned item for exchange if we determine the product is not in NEW, UNUSED or UNSALABLE CONDITION.
3. CUSTOM: All items that are customized and nonrefundable. If we are creating a new design for you, we will send a proof upon your request. The work starts after the proof is accepted. If there is anything incorrect and you accepted the proof, we will recreate a new item at a discounted rate and additional shipping charges. If there is a mistake we made, we will happily fix it and reship at our cost.
4. DAMAGED or INCORRECT ITEMS: However, in the unlikely event your item(s) arrive defective, incorrect size, color, style or design, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and we will replace the product at no charge to you.
