Intelligent Masculinity is the refusal to outsource accountability onto others — and the discipline to live with the consequences of your values and actions.
Think that through. It can be applied to you or the men in your life, or any man alive.
Responsibility and masculinity are tied together, and Integrity is the glue that binds them. Note that responsibility does not prevent wrong doing, but it does wonderful things like take you out of a situation you made worse, allow you to learn from your mistakes, admit your mistakes and, when you go at it again, make you search for a better, more integrous way.
The man who refuses to admit his fault refuses to make things better, and keeps a bad leader where he shouldn't be.
