We helped with the interior design of this brand new construction built by Welling Construction and sold by Matt Joost of RE MAX Realty of Defiance.

This open floor plan boasts nearly 1500 square feet of open space with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living room kitchen combo features vaulted ceilings, an oversized pantry, and custom cabinetry with quartz countertops.

We helped design a new construction home from top to bottom and we had to share this kitchen. A pop of blue and a great tile pattern is a great way to add some character and interest to a new build. Two sinks? Yes, please. 🙌

What do you do to a three-foot-wide bathroom that isn't functional? You make it a fully functional wet room. We turned this bathroom "closet" into a fully waterproof and tiled bathroom with a wall-mounted toilet and shelves. You shut the door, and it's a shower. 🚿

We shared some before and afters of the exterior of The Fort vacation rental above Defiance Physical Therapy, but let's check out the kitchen details inside. We gutted this entire space to the studs and opened up the kitchen and living area.
