If you’ve visited the shop, you’ll see the things we love… we only offer things to you that we love! While we love these items for your home and ours, here is WHY we’ve decided to step out in faith and own Ruby Rose Market in the first place.
We both have taken kids from hard places into our hearts and our homes. Doing that, if you’ve not experienced it first hard, opens up your home to all kinds of chaos and trauma. Don’t get us wrong, it’s much MUCH needed and something we both deeply believe in… but that doesn’t make it something easy to do. With our home being opened up hard things, we both began to find ways to make it a place of peace and love even more than we did before we walked the road to adoption. Even before, we were both working hard to make our homes as peace-filled as possible. This world is a crazy place with all kinds of happenings.
We think of our homes as our safe place. It should be a sanctuary for our families. To make that welcoming and sanctuary feeling come through, one way is to decorate the environment. It brings beauty, peace and calm. Environment matters, it contributes a lot to who we are as a person. We love helping others to do this as well and one of our BIG GOALS is for it to not “break your bank.” We wanted a lovely store that we could and would not only look around in, but purchase things in too.
It’s our hope that you’ll find something you love in our shop, take it home and then have a lasting reminder of something meaningful to you. That you’ll find something to encourage you or your family members to keep on, keeping on. That you’ll find a unique gift for someone you love. Maybe you’ll keep returning to find familiar, caring faces and items in your style that you just need for your space. We love the items in the store, but we love our friends (new and old) most.
