Turn off everything electrical; your tv, music, the lights….. close your eyes and think about life 400 years ago. Your transportation was your feet or horses and wagon. If you wanted to talk with your friends you met each other in person……. And you were so proud to own fabulous furniture like these Wainscot chairs and trunk. and a botanical engraving reserved for only the wealthy. These hand-made extremely expensive item of the 1600’s are for sale today, for very reasonable prices only at Sandusky Street Antiques in beautiful downtown Delaware Ohio.

This beautiful painting, by Paul Jones, found a new home today. Paul Jones (1860 - 1941) was born in Kentucky and learned to paint from noted instructors in Paris, France, before moving permanently to Cincinnati Ohio. This 1921 painting, was exhibited in the Cincinnati Art Museum exhibit in 1922 along side of paintings by Whistler and other famous artists.
