A huge thank you to Locals of Texas for taking the time to share the story of Bub’s Baked.
It’s pretty crazy to look back and realize how many twists and turns led me here.
Bub’s Baked started during COVID when I was out of work. At the time, I never imagined it would become anything more than a little side gig. When life went back to normal and I returned to work, I put it aside and moved on.
But apparently, Bub’s Baked wasn’t finished with me yet.
After a few years, I found myself thinking about it again and wondering what might happen if I actually gave it everything I had. So in September 2025, I took the leap and decided to go all in.
A year later, I’m incredibly grateful for where that decision has brought me.
I’ve met so many wonderful people, discovered just how much this little business means to me, and gotten to share something I’ve always loved doing. Making food for people.
But none of this happens without the people who choose to support a small local business.
If you’ve ordered from Bub’s Baked, told someone about us, placed those big orders on the website, or even just encouraged me along the way, thank you. You’ve helped make this story what it is.
And to Locals of Texas, thank you for shining a light on Bubs, helping more people discover the people and stories behind them.
I’m excited to see where this next chapter takes us.
Bub’s Baked
Baked to be remembered.
