Jesus teaches us that trust is often tested before the outcome becomes clear. We can be honest with God about what we want without making our faith dependent upon receiving it. Prayer gives us a place to bring fear, uncertainty, disappointment, and difficult decisions without allowing those emotions to control us.

Surrender does not mean giving up. It means releasing our demand to control the outcome while remaining faithful to what God has placed before us.
Sometimes the greatest expression of trust is simply continuing to obey when we cannot see what comes next.

You cannot pour into others if you are spiritually and emotionally empty.

Most people often believe that nonstop work proves value, importance, or commitment. However, wise people understand that rest protects clarity, emotional health, decision making, and long-term effectiveness. They know when to step back, recharge, and regain focus instead of running themselves into exhaustion.
