Made a short trip this weekend to cook Keller Lions Club State BBQ Championship.

Had a good time hanging out with friends in Meridian this weekend! We thought we had a great cook but the judges didn't! But, that's just how BBQ goes sometimes!

Back home from the 4Ever Rib Cookoff. Had a great time and they raised almost 18k for the Treb McKinnon memorial scholarship fund. Icing on the cake was seeing Brittany (Treb's Aunt) win 1st place and be the last one to walk on the sauced ribs!
We had good cooks and some walks, so we ain't mad about it!!

Chief's went to Arkansas for the Texarkana Air Show 2026.
We had a good cook and were blessed to walk:

3rd place Brisket 🐄
