After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to give my stitching business a new name.

What was once known as Janie’s Stockings and More is now:

🪡 The Keepsake Needle by Janie 🪡

This new name reflects what I love most about stitching—creating handmade pieces that become treasured keepsakes for years to come. Whether it’s a Bucilla stocking, felt ornament, embroidery project, or a special handmade gift, every stitch is made with care and meant to be cherished.

While the name is changing, the heart behind my work remains the same. You’ll still find the same quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and love for preserving the tradition of hand-stitched heirlooms.

Thank you for supporting my creative journey. I’m excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to share more projects with you!

I have been MIA the last few months…. I have been stitching, just not near as much. This adorable little guy has been consuming my extra time. I have been so enjoying it too. Being his Gigi is the best thing! He had his 3 month pictures done last weekend… I thought I’d share so y’all could enjoy his cubby rolls and all around cuteness!!

My wonderful friend and fellow stitcher made this for me! It was an apron, a nice canvas one. Plaid Crafts sent . As a stitcher I don’t use aprons often, but a needle book. That I would use. RWStitchery made herself one with the apron they sent her. I fell in love with it and asked her to make me one. I’m so excited! I absolutely love it. I can’t wait to use it! Thank you so very much friend!
