Today was a big day. For the first time in over 10 years I auditioned in a theater. The Colorado Theater Guild to be exact.

For those who don't know much about me outside of my craft business. I've been a professional actor for over 20 years. In fact I found my way to crafts because of the theater. I learned to knit for a role in a play in college. After that I taught myself how to crochet, and down the rabbit hole I went.

It's been quite the journey so far. Finally feel like I haven't been run over by a truck. So happy to be on the other side of this! They found no other cancer cells or anything adverse of any kind. So I'm free and clear!

Thank you again to everyone who donated to our GoFundMe, it was a tremendous help. Also thank you to everyone who's reached out in the last few weeks to check on me. Your support has been needed on my healing journey.

The eviction notice has been served and the moving trucks are on their way. Only a few more days until the finish line. No more cancer. No more pain.

Met with my new Pelvic PT last week and I'll start therapy in week 3!

I have an amazing support system that's come out in droves in the last couple of weeks. Thanks to all my beautiful humans for helping me get ready!

It's been an emotional rollercoaster the last week or so. I'm just ready for this to all be done, but talking with other women and hearing their experiences has been a real pillar of strength. I plan on this time off to be a whole mind and body reset. I'm looking forward to a whole new, pain free, chapter of my life.
