This customer’s order from GA arrived yesterday and should ship backout today. Everyone has a choice between “toothy” edges or polished edges. Toothy edges are everyday edges that stay sharper longer under normal use. Polished edges will slice through a tomato with their own weight, but dull faster since the edge is finer. Your choice, same price.

ALRIGHT FOLKS! Things are cooling off from the holidays and slots are opening. Here is the 2026 updated pricing, now priced by the knife and not by the inch. It's real simple:
-- $10 per knife.
-- $20 minimum.

2. I'll email you back to confirm price, lead times, and drop off/shipping details. I'm usually between a day and a week out.
3. Pay when you pick up.
