A closer look at KTI’s recent design at Ascension Club.

Set against sweeping views of the mountains and Las Vegas Valley, this Summerlin clubhouse was designed to make recreation, wellness, and connection part of everyday life.

Throughout the club, warm materials, layered textures, sculptural lighting, and thoughtful details bring a residential sense of comfort to an elevated amenity experience. From the welcoming great room and flexible gathering spaces to fitness, indoor golf, and resort-style outdoor pools, each space offers its own experience while feeling connected to the larger design story.

Designed by our KTI Hospitality Studio, Ascension Club brings together the ease of resort living with the comfort of a community gathering place.

Lyric at Ridgegate’s amenity story continues in the fitness center: where movement takes center stage.

Just steps from the cafe, this building proves the community offers two destinations in one. Inside, flooring made from recycled Nike sneakers grounds the fitness center and yoga studio. The design carries the same rhythm into restrooms that showcase themes of music and movement. Outside, a resort style pool extends the experience into open air, framed by the bold architecture that ties every corner of Lyric together.

Playful and unapologetically bold, this amenity gives the community a place as energetic as its name.

From the bold café and glass-enclosed sales center to flexible gathering spaces and unexpected details throughout, every element was designed to reinforce Lyric’s identity while creating an inviting, highly functional destination for the community.

The result is playful, layered, and unapologetically bold, with architecture and interiors working together to bring Lyric to life.
