A workplace designed for more than just work. 💫The newly renovated lobby and cafe at MetroPoint I are officially here—and can we just say, she is stunning? 😍

With flexible seating, collaborative workspaces, and elevated finishes throughout, this updated space beautifully welcomes tenants and guests alike. Warm materials, modern furnishings, and a hospitality-inspired design come together to foster connection, productivity, and community.

A huge thank you to our incredible project partners, Koelbel & Company and EJCM. This transformation was made possible through their talent, expertise, and craftsmanship. 🤝

Today we are celebrating Alex, who is moving up and becoming one of our newest Project Managers after roughly 3.5 years with the company! Her stellar work ethic and natural leadership skills make her a fantastic mentor and inspiration to the whole team.

Alex loves that interior design scratches her creative itch by blending both technical skills and artistry. When she’s off the clock, Alex loves to be active. Hiking, biking, running, and kickboxing are some of her favorites. We also have to note her adorable pup, Ernie. 🐶

Thank you for all of your hard work Alex— Team Waring is lucky to have you.

The newly renovated lobby at Cascades Building is officially ready to impress ✨

Featuring plush furnishings, elevated finishes, and thoughtful lighting, the space creates a distinctive and welcoming experience reflecting the property’s exceptional quality and character. And with elements such as a custom fireplace and an immersive digital display, visitors are sure to remember their experience here.

This transformation was made possible through a collaborative effort with our partners at Cushman & Wakefield, EJCM Construction, and Elements of Place Denver.

: Elevating the Essentials 🛁

Bathrooms may be utility-driven, but they are an integral part of commercial design. A well-executed restroom defines the standard of a space, signaling quality to every tenant and patron.

Merging high-traffic durability with refined aesthetics, ensures that every square foot—no matter how functional—contributes to a cohesive brand identity.

Take a look back at some of our favorite transformations where form meets function.

Today we celebrate Stacey!

Stacey has been at Waring for over 3.5 years. In that time, we have seen how much Stacey enjoys connecting with clients. A true problem solver, Stacey loves providing modern and efficient design solutions to fit their needs. Within the office, Stacey says she finds great satisfaction and fulfillment in mentoring junior team members. For this, we are so grateful. 💕

In her free time, Stacey enjoys reading, crocheting, and hiking. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. We are so happy to have Stacey on Team Waring—keep up the great work!

Sturgeon Electric Denver, reimagined. ☁️ We focused on flooding the space with natural light through new skylights and curated fixtures. A clean, neutral base meets bold accents for a workspace that feels as open as it does intentional.
