๐ ๐ฅ๐ Tropical Fruit Salad ๐
Ingredients: (Serves 6โ8)
๐ 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
๐ฅญ 1 large mango, diced
๐ 2 ripe bananas, sliced
๐ 1 cup mandarin orange segments (canned or fresh)
๐ 1 cup strawberries, halved or quartered
๐ฅ 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
๐ 1 cup watermelon cubes (or papaya for a twist)
๐ฅฅ 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
๐ฏ 1โ2 tbsp honey or agave syrup
๐ Juice of 1 lime
๐ฟ Optional: fresh mint for garnish
Directions:
1๏ธโฃ Chop & Combine:
In a large bowl, add all chopped fruit (except bananas if prepping ahead โ save them for last to avoid browning).
2๏ธโฃ Mix the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk honey/agave with lime juice. Pour over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
3๏ธโฃ Add Final Touches:
Fold in sliced bananas just before serving. Top with coconut and mint if using.
4๏ธโฃ Chill or Serve:
Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving for best flavor.
