Ingredients:

๐Ÿฅฉ 1 lb ground beef
๐Ÿง… 1 medium onion, diced
๐Ÿฅ” 3โ€“4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
๐Ÿง‚ Salt & pepper to taste
๐Ÿง„ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
๐ŸŒฟ 1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)
๐Ÿฅฃ 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
๐Ÿฅ› 1/2 cup milk
๐Ÿง€ 1โ€“1ยฝ cups shredded cheddar cheese
๐Ÿงˆ 1 tbsp butter (to grease dish or dot on top)

Directions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9x13โ€ baking dish.
