Fees Structure. AWAKEN interiors has discovered that clients prefer a fixed design fee. After an hour-long complimentary initial appointment, we will determine the scope of the project and determine a flat rate for design. This typically includes measuring, floor plans, drawings, furniture, finish, and fixture selection, specification sheets, client working appointments, and a final presentation which brings it all together. If you want to purchase the product specified, they are available through AWAKEN interiors at designer cost, plus a percentage design fee. This fee covers order entry, procurement, and installation/delivery coordination and supervision. Your can enter into your project with confidence, knowing that your designer will work with you through all of the phases you require of her.
