The Wheat Ridge Carnation Festival is this weekend! 💐
Celebrating more than 50 years, it’s one of Colorado’s longest-running festivals. Named for Wheat Ridge’s thriving post-World War II carnation industry, it remains a free, family-friendly weekend celebrating local food, art, and community.
Here’s how we’re celebrating at Huck Wheat Ridge:
🌟 Sip your favorite drink in a limited-edition Carnation Festival drink sleeve designed by Denver artist Jessica Gutierrez.
🌟 We’ve teamed up with our friends at Beet & Yarrow for a giveaway! Enter for a chance to win a $100 Huck gift card, a premium carnation arrangement, and a few extra goodies from Beet & Yarrow.
If you’re heading to the parade on Saturday, August 8, keep in mind that W. 38th Ave. will be closed from 7 AM-12 PM. Our cafe will remain open and accessible via the Harlan Street entrance.
We’ll see you this weekend!
