Wow. What a weekend.

We honestly didn’t know what to expect, but what unfolded was something pretty special. Despite the heat, the long lines, and the wait, hundreds of you showed up with smiles, patience, and so much kindness.

One of our favorite things wasn’t just watching treasures find new homes—it was watching people connect. Friends catching up in line, strangers chatting with each other, neighbors meeting neighbors, and everyone sharing in the excitement of the hunt.

It was a beautiful reminder of the power of community and the joy of gathering together.

Thank you for supporting 4 women-owned small businesses, and one another. Your enthusiasm made this our biggest yard sale yet, but more importantly, it made it one of the most memorable.

I've always been drawn to the idea that we are all nomads in some way—collecting stories, experiences, and pieces of ourselves as we move through the world.

Modern Nomad Home grew from that belief.

For me, travel has always been a teacher. Wandering through markets, homes, landscapes and creative spaces around the world has shown me that beauty is less about perfection and more about story, soul, and a sense of belonging. The objects we bring into our lives become markers of where we've been, what we've learned, and who we're becoming.

I believe that creativity IS healing, and that thoughtfully designed spaces have the power to bring us closer—to ourselves and to one another. That home is more than where we live; it's where we gather, reconnect, dream, and create space for what matters most.

What began as a love of travel and design became a place where those passions could live together—a home for curiosity, craftsmanship, connection, and community.

The journey continues, and I'm grateful to share it with you.
