Part 2 of They flew us out!
The details that bring it all together.

Every room in this home was designed with intention—layering pattern, texture, and function to create spaces that feel both elevated and livable.

From motorized solutions to tailored Roman shades and custom drapery, each window was approached differently to support how the space is actually used.

Design details: • Master bedroom — Mood White, motorized by • Girls bathroom — Roman shade in Hydrangea Bird • Girls corner window — Drapery in Deanna with rods by .company • Girls bedroom — Oxley Stripe with rods by • Butler’s pantry — Roman shades in Algarve Linen • Café curtains — Pimlico with café rods by

It’s always about more than just the fabric—it’s about how everything works together to create a finished space that feels seamless.

Part 1 —They flew us out!! Not every project happens down the street.

This one took us to a lake house in Wisconsin—over 40 windows, thoughtfully designed and executed from start to finish.

We flew out for a full day of measuring, then returned a few weeks later for installation. Every detail was planned, every window accounted for—and the install went exactly how you want it to: smooth, efficient, and clean.

The best part? Walking into a finished space where everything feels intentional—and hearing how happy the clients were with the end result.

I almost QUIT!
Everyone loves to talk about the wins… but not many talk about what it actually takes to get there.

There have been nights I didn’t sleep. Moments I questioned everything I was doing. Times where things went so sideways, I didn’t know how we were going to recover.

There have been people who doubted me. And if I’m being honest… moments where I doubted myself too.

We’ve had our bank account hacked… completely shut down. And while everything was frozen, payroll still had to happen. So I paid my team out of my personal account—because that’s what responsibility looks like.

There have been long nights rechecking measurements, reworking numbers, studying formulas over and over again. Flying people in to train us. Investing when it felt uncomfortable. Learning things I never thought I’d have to learn just to keep moving forward.

Driving for hours on end. Putting a smile on my face even on the days I didn’t feel like I should have one… because I knew it would pay off.

Weekends with my kids at the business. Helping paint. Sweeping floors. Watching me work. There are moments I’ve missed… and that part isn’t easy.

And to this day, I’m still in it. I go to every measure. I touch every order. I help sweep the floors. I step in wherever I’m needed.

There have been fake reviews, betrayals, and mistakes I wish I could take back. But when things go wrong… you figure it out. You fix it. You learn. And you keep going.

Because then there are the moments that remind me why I do this…

Seeing a client walk in and light up. Hearing how much they love it. Watching something go from an idea… to something truly beautiful.

And one of the greatest gifts of all… Watching a team grow. Seeing them care, push, and come together—no matter what.

This isn’t just a business. It’s commitment. It’s grit. It’s growth. It’s sacrifice.

And through all of it… it’s one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever built.
I truly love what I get to do!

There’s a big difference between “making it work” and truly getting it right.

Window treatments are one of those things that can either elevate a space… or quietly take away from it. The difference usually comes down to details — proportions, fabric selection, hardware, and ex*****on.

We’re incredibly fortunate to work alongside some of the best designers in the business who understand how to bring everything together in a way that feels effortless and elevated.

This project with is a perfect example of that. What could have easily been overlooked or done simply was transformed into something that feels intentional, polished, and honestly… like a million-dollar space.

There are moments in business that just feel different—and this is one of them.

We were featured in Cherry Creek Magazine for our work Le Bilboquet Denver in Cherry Creek… and the best part? This feature was completely editorial—we weren’t aware it was being published, which made it even more meaningful.

Being trusted to complete the custom window treatments, hardware, and upholstery for a space like this is something we don’t take lightly. Every panel, every detail, every pillow was designed to elevate the experience of the room—and to see it recognized like this is incredibly rewarding.

If you’ve been to Le Bilboquet, you’ve seen our work in person.

To our designers, architects, and clients who continue to trust us with your projects—thank you. This is exactly the level we strive to deliver every time.

If you’re creating something special and want it done right, we’d love to be part of it.

Before & after

It’s amazing what the right drapery can do for a space.

In several of these rooms, the original panels were hanging improperly and taking away from the architecture—they felt heavy, unfinished, and simply not doing the space any favors.

Each of these projects was fully designed, specified, and custom fabricated by The Woven Window, with careful attention to every detail—from hardware placement to fabric selection—so the final result feels intentional, balanced, and elevated.

Now each space complements the architecture instead of competing with it.

Project details:

• 1st before and after (Green drapery): Fabric by Carole Fabrics in collaboration with Penny + Piper Interiors + hardware by Forest Drapery Hardware USA
• 2nd Before and after (Arched window transformation): Fabric by Fabricut + hardware by .company
•3rd Before and after (Holiday living space): Fabric by + motorized rod by The Bradley Collection with Lutron Electronics
The difference is always in the details.

Which transformation is your favorite — 1, 2, or 3?

Meet our Chief Complaint Officer + Head of HR.

She’s highly detail-oriented, emotionally invested, and absolutely unwilling to let anything slide… ever.

She doesn’t miss a thing—
not the details, not the tone… and definitely not the SNACKS.

Performance reviews are conducted daily. Sometimes hourly.
Morale is currently under review. We asked what success looks like in this role—
“Less problems. More snacks.”

Her management style?
Direct eye contact… followed by silent judgment.

We tried to explain that not everything requires escalation—
she disagreed.

On the bright side, accountability has never been higher.

If your workplace could use this level of leadership, we’re not accepting applications… she filled the position herself.

There’s nothing better than seeing a space completely come to life! This project was especially fun—an out-of-state install where we flew in to measure and returned to bring everything to life. We love taking care of our clients no matter where they’re located.@

We took this home from simple and unfinished to layered, tailored, and full of personality—each space thoughtfully designed to complement the next.

The master bedroom now feels soft, elevated, and serene with custom shades crafted in beautiful fabric from .

In the adjoining space, these stunning draperies in Deanna pattern (color Blue Bell) bring in just the right amount of movement and charm—classic, but still fresh.

The kitchen café curtains add that perfect collected feel using fabric from —functional, but full of character.

And in the master bathroom, we finished it off with fabric (Nature Lab in Autumn) paired with a refined drapery rod from .Company—subtle details that make all the difference.

It’s all about layering textures, patterns, and tones in a way that feels effortless but intentional.

There’s something about the right trim that completely transforms a space… and this one does exactly that.

We used Houles EFFILÉ Mohair Cut Fringe on these Roman shades and custom pillows, and the texture is just incredible. It adds that soft, dimensional detail that instantly elevates the entire design without overwhelming it.

Paired with 100% linen from Linen by Linas, the combination feels warm, organic, and effortlessly refined. And to complete the space, we fabricated a custom bench cushion using Schumacher’s Sadie Indoor/Outdoor in White on Natural—durable, beautiful, and perfectly balanced with the rest of the materials.

Every detail in this space was thoughtfully designed and custom made by The Woven Window, with Lutron hardwired motorization for a seamless, elevated finish.

Collaborating with talented designers always brings a project to life in the best way, and this one was no exception.
