Hey, all, that little S∆LE is still happening, and includes all hand-poured literary candles, hand-stitched journals with vintage book covers, and a bunch of other gifty sort of things! Perfect bookish gifts for summer gifting, for graduates, for dad...and pick up a little something for you while you're at it! ♥️

Fun fact: my grandma and grandpa were the previous owners of most of the books in my little flag bookstack! And hearing taps played at my grandpa's military graveside service was one of the most moving experiences of my life! I think he'd like my little book flag, whenever I smell original chapstick I think of him, and I wish I had asked him more questions on this side of eternity!

Emma by Jane Austen. Love it or hate it? Regardless, doesn't a strawberry scented candle for summer sound fantastic? This red glass hobnail cup looks absolutely adorable with the flickering flame of a candle shining through it! And while Mr. Knightly may think it pretentious, Emma knows that a candle like this is exactly what she deserves! Have you ever gone back to read old journals?

(I have reread journals from when I was an early teen...oh, wow. I was a delight!)

Anyway, these journals are made with vintage book covers, and I absolutely adore the light blue pine cone pattern! The pages were brittle/mildewed/falling out, so I removed them and stitched lined pages into the binding! These cuties are all ready to record your thoughts, prayers, shopping list, vacation planning list, travel notes, or the next Great American novel!

Inspired by Agnes's (and dare I say, Emma's?) favorite duke, these candles are scented with raspberry and vanilla in honor of Agnes's jame dodgers. One of these candles would look perfect on the table just below the Duke's daisy chain crowned portrait!

Each of these candles is hand poured into vintage china, white, trimmed with silver, And arrives with instructions for removing wax remnants once your candle is gone, so that you can sip your tea from this teacup while you dream about the Duke! The perfect candle to burn while you wait and pray for the release of book 9 of the Emma M. Lion series!
