Conversation Starters. It’s very seldom nowadays that a room(s) has no TV, or any kind of device for that matter. I LOVE both of these rooms. Each with the only intent to ‘sit, chat, read a book and/or listen to music’.
We’re not all afforded the luxury of an extra space to establish a ‘Talking Room’, but maybe a little nook somewhere can be designated for just that… to sit, chat, or just daydream the day away. Btw these soft, muted blues are only adding to the relaxation 💙🤍.

… and all the things for this dining room. See last pic for ‘before’ ➡️. This big space needed lots of warming up. Fabulous custom furniture, great lighting, ship lap ceiling, and grasscloth hugging the walls, making for a beautiful place to ‘gather’💙.

‘Custom’, not so much … these fabulous drapes from Pottery Barn were all that was left to finish this beautiful kitchen dining space. A favorite hack - buy ‘off the rack’, have them tailored to size, lined, add header of choice … what now looks and feels like ‘custom’ for ‘a fraction …… , all day long 🤎

This was a fun summer project. ‘Southern Flair’ with a touch of ‘Coastal’ for this beautiful sun room☀️. Lots of texture, but plenty of comfort at the same time. The perfect place to be on a lazy, sunny afternoon… or pretty much any time 😉

We were down to the studs on this one, after a leak destroyed this family path😭. Warm wood tones, beautiful sage green tile, and antique gold finishes brought it way back to life. Some great wallpaper from Lemon Park | Elevated Home Decor for Every Room. and fun art for some added whimsy 💚💙🤍. Oh if you ‘have to’ do a shower curtain, a custom pinch pleat from TWOPAGES is a must.

When you’re in ‘a mood’ 🖤. The smaller the space, the darker I go, sure why not. This little foyer taking on the moody-blues (or in this case ‘green’, yes, it’s green not black). Furniture and decor bringing ‘English Cottage’ vibes, and I love it.

‘New England Coastal’ was the task at hand for this (surprise) re-design. A collage student will come home this week to her ‘dream room’ 🤍💙🤎. I love everything about this beautiful, calm, restful space. Not a terribly awful place to hang for the summer ☀️
