When the Des Lacs elevator was torn down in 2017 I begged my husband to save me some of the wood before it was burned. He thought I was crazy and said, “what in the hell are you going to do with it?” Well here we are almost six years later and I dreamed this mantle up, Jason assembled it for me and I finished it! Beautiful 100+ year old mantle for FREE!!

I couldn't pass up this little nightstand. It reminds me so much of the set my parents had when I was growing up. I redid it in Midnight Blue Fusion Paint from The Foundry (my new favorite color).
