Short Story🥰
I was recently asked “How do you do it all?”
Of course my first thought was being an energizer bunny with an extended battery life🤣 Then I took a second and said “I’m a hustler baby”🤣🥳🫣 Now what in the hell does that even mean?🤔
My life has been a whirlwind of storms and despite it all I have had no choice but to pick up and keep going. How many times?😱 Damn and plenty!! Days of the unknown, crying and wondering how the bills will get paid, asking myself is it worth all of the obstacles, and the BURNOUT!!!🤪🤪
These pictures are from last month when I finally had to shut it down and get the hell out of Iowa!🚘A much needed break and escape from normal life! Drove to the Chi to get some good food, see some attractions, and get some inspiration. ✅
The life of a fully committed CEO is crazy and I juggle everyday if going back to a corporate job is ideal but every-time I entertain the fact I get hit with a new opportunity.🤷🏽♀️ I speak with God everyday and thank him for allowing me to be in this position to serve🙏🏽
So how do I do it all?💪🏾 With great faith, a supportive family, a small circle, and dedication! 🤩 And let me emphasize on that small circle 👀 My people show up, support, tell me the truth, and are willing to do the work! And keep it real!
As the saying goes, being a business owner is not for the weak!💪🏾 However we do get weak but the difference is will you overcome, put one foot in front of the other, and have faith. That what is for you will be made for you because If God be for you who can be against you🙏🏽💚
I will always thank each and every person I have crossed paths with because you either supported, taught me a lesson, or educated me. I wouldn’t be who I am today without you!
