Swoon. Look at us! This is a very special group of people. I am so thankful to have found my community. Cassi Miller Art wouldn’t exist without it. Thank you EVERYONE for your support! I can’t wait until next year!!!!!

The 2nd annual Val Air Holiday Fair was a smashing success. A big thank you to all parties involved. Here is a photo of the 71 vendors, their helpers and all the staff, workers and of course santas that made this event what it is. The delight these makers and creatives are feeling today after the community showed up. It was just an incredible day of art appreciation in this sweet snowy city. Thank you.

Special thanks to and the for the flexibility in all things especially the reschedule. for being so generous with her time and event wisdom. All staff and helpers of mine and of course my husband for doing all the stuff that makes you all thing I’m impressive in these things but I just have a good partner. Mainframe Studios December’s First Friday: DUALITIES

Join us for First Friday at Mainframe Studios on December 5th, 2025, from 5-8 PM!

This special evening features DUALITIES, a multimedia exhibition exploring the tension and dialogue between conceptual and material opposites. The show pairs works that create contrast, conversation, and unexpected connections - highlighting the power of opposites in shaping perception and possibility. Curated by Geoffrey Paulline () and Lauren Pesta (.artist).

In addition to the main exhibition, the 3rd Floor Gallery will showcase a special group exhibition by CASA () through our Rural Arts Program.

Guests can also enjoy open studios, delicious food and beverages, live entertainment and an interactive art activity by !

Open Studios: Mainframe is home to 180 studios, and on First Friday, guests can explore open art spaces throughout the building. Local artists welcome visitors to see their creative processes in action - from painting and sculpture to fiber and mixed media - offering a unique chance to go behind the scenes and connect with the makers.
