Loftin Oysters is an artistically crafted flameware cooking utensil for the expert and amateur chef. Bake, stuff, smoke and chargrill with our oyster shells stoneware. Use already shucked oysters or seafood purchased from your local market and your favorite recipes. The oyster shells are reusable, sustainable and made by Kyle, Mike and Ali in our workshop. Our sole purpose is to design and create

👀 in August of 2011 we were eating oysters at , where all great ideas are born, and we turned it into a business.

We’ve grown since then and added many more to our krewe including a whole lot of kids! This called for a new look and a new shoot to commemorate the occasion!

We’ve been in business over a decade 🤯 and survived covid and countless hurricanes that challenged us in many ways, but just look at us now.. a bit older and a whole lot wiser!

Get out and visit your Nola y’all. This has been entertaining for 30 mins while we sip coffee and chocolate milk on this gorgeous foggy morning post a crazy month of sales for us.
