Synecdoche Interdisciplinary architecture studio. WE ARE SYNECDOCHE,
an interdisciplinary creative architecture studio. We are a team of doers.

As architects, designers, and makers we leverage operations, utilize material detailing, and consider code application tactically to create bold projects with purpose. We don’t just make sh*t, we make sh*t happen. Driven by a rebellious spirit and relentless curiosity, we challenge expectations and believe everyone deserves great design.

Last week, Adam spoke about learning from mass timber at Taubman College as part of the Climate Futures Emerging Innovations in Mass Timber event. Alongside a group of leaders in the community of carpentry, architecture, and policy. Our projects range in scale from 12 stories to 1000 sf but they all have a common thread to use bio based materials and while creating unique and enjoyable spaces.
