Cherry tomatoes, halved
Cucumber, sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
For Salad Dressing:
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Marinate the Chicken
Begin by placing the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring a thorough coating.
Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or for enhanced flavor, let it marinate for a few hours.
2. Grill the Chicken to Perfection
Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting any excess drip off.
Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Allow the grilled chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.
3. Prepare the Green Salad
In a spacious bowl, toss together the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and optionally, crumbled feta cheese.

Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Mixed salad greens (such as baby spinach or arugula)

Instructions:

1.Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.

2.Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
3.Alternatively, you can cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Once cooked, let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.

4.In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.

5.In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

6.Add the sliced chicken to the mango and avocado mixture. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.

Warm breaded chicken salad 🥰
Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup flour
2 beaten eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for frying
Mixed lettuce (romaine lettuce, spinach, arugula, etc.)
1 large tomato, sliced
1 avocado, cut into chunks
1 cucumber, sliced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

1.Prepare the breaded chicken:
Cut the chicken breasts into strips or small pieces.
In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.Roll each piece of chicken in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs, making sure to coat well. Repeat the process with all the chicken pieces.Heat enough vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.Fry the breaded chicken until golden and crisp on the outside and cooked on the inside. This will take approximately 4-5 minutes for each side. .Remove chicken from pan and place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.

2.Prepare the salad:
In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, tomato, avocado, cucumber and red onion.Dress the salad with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well so that all the ingredients are impregnated with the dressing.

3. Assemble the warm salad:
Place the breaded chicken pieces on top of the prepared salad.If you wish, .you can add other optional ingredients such as grated cheese, chopped nuts or olives.Serve the breaded chicken salad warm immediately, while the chicken is still hot and crisp.

Concise recipe to prepare squid in American sauce:

Ingredients:

500 grams of squid, cleaned and cut into rings
1 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 can (400 grams) of peeled and chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of fish broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste
olive oil for cooking

instructions :

1.In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat.

2.Add the onion, garlic, and red pepper, and cook until tender.

3.Add the calamari and cook for a few minutes until lightly golden.

4.Add the chopped tomatoes, white wine, fish stock, tomato paste, and bay leaf.

Oven-Baked Beef Stew With Biscuits

Ingredients:

1 kg of beef for stew, cut into pieces
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 large onion, julienned
2 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons of flour
250 ml of red wine
500 ml of meat broth
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
200 g crackers, crushed

Instructions:

1.Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
2.In a large, ovenproof pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef pieces and brown them on all sides until well seared. Remove the meat from the pot and reserve.
3.In the same pot, add the onion, carrots, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
4.Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and mix well to incorporate. Cook for a minute so the flour cooks down a bit.
5.Pour the red wine into the pot and stir to deglaze the bottom, scraping up any browned bits. Let the wine reduce by half.
6.Add the beef broth, bay leaves and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil.
7. Return the meat to the pot, covering it with the sauce. Cover the pot and transfer it to the preheated oven. Cook for about 2 hours or until the meat is tender and falls apart easily.
8.Remove the pot from the oven and sprinkle the crushed biscuits over the stew. Return the pot to the oven uncovered and increase the temperature to 350°F (180°C). Cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown and crisp.
9.Remove the pot from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve the hot beef stew with rice, mashed potatoes, or any other accompaniment of your choice.

Bone-in Rib Eye Recipe:

Ingredients:

2 bone-in Rib Eye steaks (about 450 grams each)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
coarse salt
ground black pepper
fresh thyme sprigs
2 garlic cloves

Instructions:

1.Take the steaks out of the refrigerator and let them rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

2.Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

3.In a mortar, crush the garlic cloves with a little coarse salt until a paste is formed. Add a few sprigs of fresh thyme and continue mashing to combine the flavors.

4.Rub the garlic and thyme mixture on both sides of the steaks.

5.Add a generous pinch of coarse salt and ground black pepper to both sides of the steaks.

6.Rub a tablespoon of olive oil on each steak.

7.Once your grill or skillet is hot, place the steaks in the center.

8.Cook the steaks for approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. If you prefer your meat more or less done, adjust the cooking time accordingly.

9.When done, remove the steaks from the grill or pan and let them rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

10.Cut the steaks into slices and serve hot with your favorite sides.

Recipe for Asparagus Stuffed Chicken:

ngredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed and blanched
4 slices of provolone cheese
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Olive oil

Instructions:

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F.

2.Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them lengthwise down the center, but not all the way through.

3.Lay the chicken breasts flat and place a slice of provolone cheese on one side of each chicken breast.

4.Place 1/4 of the blanched asparagus on top of the cheese, and fold the other side of the chicken breast over to enclose the filling.

5.Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

6.In a shallow dish, combine the flour, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.

7.In another shallow dish, whisk the egg.

8.Dip each chicken breast first in the egg, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.

9.Heat some olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

10.Once hot, add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown.

11.Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

12.Serve hot and enjoy!

Note: You can also add some garlic powder, paprika, or other seasonings to the breadcrumb mixture for additional flavor.
