Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse and Delivery Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the warehouse operations, including loading and unloading furniture, preparing orders for delivery, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming furniture and supplies.
- Prepare furniture for delivery by assembling, packing, and labeling items.
- Load and unload furniture from delivery trucks.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of furniture to customers' homes or businesses.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
