It all started in 1995 when Phil Niemerg had an epiphany and decided to take the risk of starting his own company. Fast-forward to today, and we’ve been fortunate enough to expand our humble startup into a thriving business, selling handcrafted candles, wooden lids, and other supplies to professional candle-makers and casual consumers alike. We’re the domestic source for US-made wooden lids, and w

e’re proud to sell only American-made products. Family oriented and community focused, it’s important to us that each of our customers feels special and appreciated, so we continue to put the utmost care into every product we sell, regardless of how much we've grown over the years.

CandleArt is searching for a production manager for our wooden wick division. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of wooden wick production including raw material planning, production and shipping. This position requires the candidate to be an individual who continually strives to make improvements through coaching, teaching and active participation with the team.
Candidates with demonstrated industrial manufacturing skills including electrical, hydraulic and machine troubleshooting are preferred. Bonus incentives for department profitability are also considered as a part of the compensation package.
