The 8th Annual Smokin’ the Ute Pass Summit BBQ Contest & Fundraiser was our best year yet and for the very first time, we sold out! 🙌

Together with the support of our amazing partners, ticket holders, sponsors, and teams, you raised $18,290 to benefit Community Partnership Family Resource Center (CP).

At CP, they believe every family—however it's defined—deserves the opportunity to thrive. CP provides a welcoming, supportive space that meets families where they are and helps them reach their full potential. CP is rooted in the belief that strong families build strong communities. Through playgroups, parenting classes, community gardening, and other opportunities, they offer over 20 free or low-cost programs that foster connection, belonging, and shared growth. Most events include free meals and childcare, making it easier for families to participate and build lasting relationships.💙

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this event such a success. We can’t wait to fire up the smokers again next year, stay tuned for details! 🍖🎉

We’re excited to announce this year’s judging panel — 12 brave souls who have accepted the challenge of tasting nearly 24 bites of BBQ each. 🍖🔥 They’ll face the hardest decision of the day: choosing the winners of the 8th Annual Smokin’ the Ute Pass Summit BBQ Contest.
