Save the date, Sunday, November 22, from 2 to 5 PM. Santa is coming to Westbrooke Place for photos with the family, and we're opening the neighborhood for new home tours the same afternoon. There will be hot cocoa, a decorated model home to walk through, and homes going up all around you at 3100 West 7th Street in Donalsonville.

🌀 **HURRICANE ISAIAS — ANOTHER EASTWARD TRACK ADJUSTMENT AND NO WEAKENING EXPECTED PRIOR TO LANDFALL 🚨 ⚠️ **

The latest track information indicates that Hurricane Isaias has shifted farther east again, increasing our concern for the western Florida Panhandle and potentially changing the impacts across Southwest Georgia. Center of the. he forecast track now lies over Navarre, Florida.

Isaias remains a Category 3 major hurricane with sustained winds of 120 mph, according to NHC Advisory #12; and is anticipated to maintain that strength, all the way up until landfall tonight.

Here’s the concerning part: The wind shear that was supposed to weaken Isaias has already arrived, but it hasn’t done much to slow this storm down. The NHC now expects Isaias to remain at or near major-hurricane strength through landfall this evening.

For Donalsonville, Iron City, Seminole County, and surrounding areas, we’re paying particularly close attention to the placement of heavy rainbands and the potential for tornadoes tonight into Saturday.

We’ll continue watching the track closely as new information becomes available.
