array of general, year-round wreaths that are tailor made to your personality and lifestyle. Our wreaths are made of only premium materials that are weather resistant (when available). Castle Wreaths make wreaths on larger 18” – 20” metal frames. Over100 feet of deco mesh and ribbon is used to make most wreaths. Quality craftsmanship goes into each wreath to ensure a superior product that will last for years to come. The wreaths are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and can hang on any door, wall, or mantle. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Shipping and Handling
We offer free shipping on all packages unless express shipping is requested. All packages are shipped according to the option you choose when ordering. We package our items with the utmost care. If your item is damaged or lost during shipping, you may file a claim with the carrier since you paid for the shipping fees. We cannot guarantee delivery of your package, only that the package will be shipped.
Processing Time
The items listed in our store are ready to ship in 1-2 business days.
Packaging
Your new purchase will be carefully placed in a new packing box. Wreaths are secured to the box to avoid shifting during shipment. This will protect your wreath and help it hold its shape. However, when you receive your wreath, it could use some shaping and fluffing to get the desired look before display.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Any item can be shipped as a gift with a personalized note to your desired recipient at no additional charge. When placing your order, include what the gift card should say in the notes section during the ordering process.
Care instructions
Most of the materials used will withstand indirect exposure to moderate outdoor elements. Weather resistant deco mesh was used in all wreaths, but prolonged exposure to direct outdoor elements may deteriorate the beauty of the wreath. All of my wreaths are guaranteed to withstand the outdoor elements as long as they are somewhat covered. I recommend my wreaths to be hung on a covered porch to be protected from the harmful UV rays, strong winds, rains and other harsh outdoor elements.
Storing the Wreath
We strongly recommend that your wreath be stored in a climate controlled area. Extreme heat, cold, or a moisture rich environment will cause decorations to deteriorate. We recommend that you save your shipping box to use to store your wreath when not in use.
Custom and personalized orders
I love custom orders and they are always welcomed. I will gladly collaborate with you to design your wreath that is really unique and awesome! Once your design is finalized, processing time takes 5-7 days before it can be shipped. Payment is due in full before I begin creating your item.
