This is a super packed BIG house and we will have to utilize Line Management to control the number of people entering at a given time. This is for YOUR safety and ours.
Go to EstateSales .net and sign up for a number to enter. Search for “Mid Century Modern Vibes in Ozark.”
IF YOU SIGNED UP FOR A SPOT BEFORE THE HURRICANE, YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN UP AGAIN. When we changed the dates, it erased the existing data.
There are many tight spaces, glass and fragile items, and limited room for customers. Due to tight space, walkers, wheelchairs, and crutches may not be able to access this home.
ALL BAGS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. Also, it may be difficult to navigate with a larger bag due to space limitations. We recommend leaving all bags in your vehicle if possible.
Reminder that pets are NOT ALLOWED. If you bring children, you must supervise them at all times. We follow the “you break it, you pay for it” policy. If your child breaks something, you are RESPONSIBLE for it.
PARKING: This home is located off of the Main Street in a wooded area. There is a LONG driveway and a large, grassy area to the left of the driveway that will be utilized for parking. Please be mindful of where you park not to block others. Do not block the loading area near the garage. If you park on the street and walk up the driveway, please do not block the neighbors’ driveways and mailboxes.
⚠️ PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN WALKING ON THE DRIVEWAY, GRASS, AND INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE HOME. THERE ARE MANY UNEVEN SURFACES: TREE ROOTS, BROKEN OR CRACKED CONCRETE, AND HOLES. ANYONE ENTERING THE PROPERTY DOES SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. DOTHAN MERCANTILE AND THEIR CLIENT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES. ⚠️
