Hello crafty friends, Happy June! We are SUPER excited June is finallly here because it's Baby Noah month!! Please keep in mind that our first couple of weeks of our calendar in June will be FLEXIBLE -- we will plan for normal open hours and adjust if needed.
Our June calendar of events and workshops is listed below. Message us to reserve a seat for any workshop -- we have a wonderful time of creative fellowship, and seats fill quickly! Also, note -- the first few weeks are flexible! If anything changes to a workshop that you are signed up for, you will be notified!

Beginner Acrylic Painting Workshop with Lisa Jones
Friday Morning Workshop, June 12th, 10:00 am - noon
$25.00 per person (payable to Lisa at the time of the workshop)
If you are interested in learning more about the art of acrylic painting, we invite you to join us for a beginner-friendly project class with instructor Lisa Jones. Lisa is an incredibly talented painter and teacher who helps bring out the artist in every student. The workshop fee is only $25, payable to Lisa at the time of the workshop, and includes all necessary supplies for workshop use.

Hand Embroidery Project Workshop: Simple Travel Needle Book w/ Shelby
Saturday, June 13th, 11:00 am, $30.00 per person
Shelby will teach you a fun and easy travel needle book project. These little books will feature hand embroidery on the front with options to add more throughout the little book!
This is a beginner-friendly embroidery project!
Workshop supply kits will be ready-made with several options available!
Class fee includes all supplies needed for one project. Please message me to reserve your seat!
Quilting Workshop with Sharla, Tuesday, June 16th, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, $50.00 per person (includes instructions and fabric)
Quilt-As-You-Go Table Runner
NOTE: If this date is cancelled due to a baby arrival, we will move our Quilting Workshop to Tues, June 30th
In this workshop, we will be making a cute and EASY quilt-as-you-go patriotic table runner.
Materials included to create the quilt top - we will be using Moda's Independence Day fabrics by Sweetwater.
Bring your machine, favorite notions, neutral thread options, and let's have some fun! (Machine rental is available for an additional $5.00; thread is available for purchase if you do not have your own.)
Feel free to bring snacks and/or lunch as this is an all-day sewing workshop!

Creative Bible Journaling Workshop, June 24th, 5:30 pm, $25.00 per person
Join us this month as we spend creative fellowship time together in Bible Journaling! Our focus this year is Keeping it Simple Sister!
This month's topic: Creative Worship - using our God given talents to serve and commune with Him!
Each month, I'll be sharing resources and ideas to help make your Bible Journaling routine easy, portable, and engaging! Bring your own Bible, journal, coloring pencils/pens, etc. if you'd like.

Foundation Paper Piecing with Shelby, Saturday, June 30th, 11:00 am,

We grow our Etsy shop weekly with new arrivals and shop listings! If you don't live close enough to shop in person, please browse our Etsy shop for beautiful fabric and more! Creative Gatherings
Creative Gatherings at The Hartzell Homestead are a wonderfully fun & crafty way to spend time with friends and family! If you are interested in planning a paint party, Bible Journaling Workshop, Friendship Quilting Bees, or a crafting workshop for your group, please contact us! We'd love to help you plan and host a memorable event! Small groups (up to 20 people) may be hosted in the shop in our new gathering room OR if you have a larger group, we are happy to come to you!
