A system we completed today
FOUR COATS. REAL PROTECTION. LET'S TALK ABOUT THE FACTS.

We just completed another four-coat epoxy flooring system at Best Choice Flooring, and there's a reason we take our process seriously.

Moisture v***r protection is a critical part of our flooring systems. What goes underneath the finished floor matters just as much as what you see on the surface.

We hear the claims: a two-coat system with a polyurea base coat and a polyaspartic topcoat is moisture-tolerant, and that the topcoat is supposedly 20 times harder than epoxy, sometimes accompanied by a lifetime warranty.
🤣 What last a lifetime???

Here's our question:

WHERE IS THE PROOF?

Show us the independent test results. Show us the testing method, the actual numbers, and the comparison that demonstrates a polyaspartic topcoat is 20 times harder than epoxy.

And let's talk about moisture protection, too. What are the actual moisture limits? What testing was performed on the concrete? What does the manufacturer approve for those conditions?

At Best Choice Flooring, we believe customers deserve more than impressive marketing claims. They deserve to understand what is being installed on their concrete and why.

🔥 Another Flooring Project Completed in Malvern, PA! 🔥

This project was much more than just coating a floor — there was a ton of repair work involved to get this floor ready for the finished system.

We completed a 4-coat flooring system including:

• Moisture V***r Barrier
• Primer/Base Coat Moisture v***r barrier flake to rejection
• polyaspartic coat
• UV-cured Urethane finish
• Aluminum oxide added for slip resistance

After extensive repairs and preparation, we were able to give this floor a completely new life with a durable, high-performance finish.
