Located on UT campus, this historic building serves as the office for UT CO-OP’s staff and was once defined by limited daylight and a layout that kept staff separated from one another. Our renovation transformed the space into a brighter, more connected workplace, introducing large picture-frame windows to bring natural light deeper into the interior, a neutral palette layered with bold brand colors, and expanded meeting and collaboration areas that encourage the team to work seamlessly together.

Cheryl Phifer, president & CEO of UT CO-OP, notes "We love the windows and how open and connected the space feels. We wanted to create an environment that encouraged collaboration while still giving people the ability to step away and focus when they need to, and I think we accomplished that."

🎉 NUVŪ is officially FIVE!

It’s hard to believe that five years ago this was just an idea. Since then, we’ve had the opportunity to design everything from director offices and corporate workplaces to hotels, bookstores, bakeries, coffee shops, and even the LBJ Library.

This year alone has been a big one—we rebranded, launched a new website, moved into our new office, and next week we’re welcoming our fourth designer to the team!
There have been plenty of challenges, lots of learning, and more than a few moments where we were figuring it out as we went. But I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.

To every client, consultant, contractor, vendor, friend, and team member who has been part of these first five years—thank you. Your trust and support have made all of this possible.

Year five has been one for the books, and I have a feeling we’re just getting started. 🥂
