We’re proud to celebrate Mike Warren, Rieke Interiors’ Workplace Culture Consultant, who is serving as the Honorary Chairperson for this year’s Elgin CROP Walk.

Mike was recognized for his longtime commitment to the community and his passion for addressing hunger insecurity. Mike has continued to support efforts that help provide food and resources to those in need. During the COVID crisis in 2020, he helped raise more than $200,000 from local businesses and governments to provide food to the community when it was needed most.

On September 23, 2026, Mike was recognized by the Office of Mayor David J. Kaptain for his community service and dedication to making a difference.

We’re grateful to have Mike as part of the Rieke team and proud to see his commitment to serving others recognized in the community. Congratulations, Mike! 👏

Companies pushing rigid mandates aren't seeing the results they expect — office occupancy is still hovering around 50% of pre-pandemic levels, even at companies enforcing stricter policies. Meanwhile, hybrid policies with just one day onsite per week are seeing retention jump 41%.

Maybe "how many days" isn't the right question. What matters more is what that time in the office actually feels like. 🤔

As we reflect on milestones that have helped shape our team, we're proud to celebrate two members of our design team who received significant industry recognition in 2024.

Jamie Leonard, Creative Director, was honored with the Global Future Design Award, while Julie Hartman, Commercial Team Lead, earned two ASID Design Excellence Awards.

These accomplishments are a testament not only to their talent and dedication, but also to a culture that encourages growth, creativity, and doing your best work.
