🍝 Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta 🍝
The ultimate comfort food—this dish combines creamy Alfredo, cheesy goodness, crispy bacon, and savory ground beef for an irresistible meal!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
12 oz penne pasta
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook until browned and fully cooked.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine Ingredients:
Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
Incorporate the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses.
Stir until all cheeses are melted and ingredients are well combined.
Serve:
Transfer to plates or a serving bowl.
Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
