RIPPLE EFFECT
For AvantGarden’s cabana, we’re letting imagination lead. Designed as a poolside hangout with the kids in mind, the room brings expressive color, playful pattern, and a few underwater references into a space the whole family can enjoy.

Before there’s a room, there’s a feeling. For the cabana, we wanted something transportive, where beautiful materials meet a playful imagination. Here’s where that world began to take shape.
A first look at a detail we’ve been dreaming about. The cabana’s ceiling medallion is going up, giving us a chance to see its shape and scale in the room.
This slab was that beginning for AvantGarden’s cabana, setting the direction for the colors, patterns, and details that followed. You can see why we let it lead.
A visit to the workshop, where the cabana’s appliqués are taking shape. There’s so much artistry behind these details, and seeing the work up close makes us all the more excited to see them in the room.
Even before the furnishings arrive, the cabana has a personality all its own. The windows draw your eye outside, while the curves of the walls invite it to wander around the room.
A little poolside inspiration, overhead. The cabana’s ceiling profile brings the movement of water indoors, with a small cove that conceals the accent lighting. You’ll see the glow without seeing the source, giving those ripples a little extra atmosphere.
Watching this room come to life with our clients is the best part.
