Such a great time and a chance to share some of our Nourishing Maine recipes with fairgoers!

Wow! Yesterday was at Fair at the Eastern States Exposition, and 121,854 people attended the fair! This is a Maine Day attendance record at the ! visitors were very excited about Maine Potato Board baked potatoes, Valley View Orchard Pies' Maine wild blueberry desserts, Tree of Life Maple Farm's maple syrup, coffee, cotton candy, and milkshakes, and tasting and buying Maine food products from the 30+ Maine brands exhibiting in the Maine Building.

All Roads Lead to Nourishing Maine! Our Board is laden with the foods we have cooked on the show, Refrigerator Pickles, Finnan Haddie, Apple Crisp, Grams Rhubarb Squares, RhuBarBQ sauce on turkey meatballs, Aroostook Mashed Potato Salad, Dan Wathens "Supreme" Baked Beans.

Today is the ‘Battle of the Boards’ at the in Wiscasset! Marge and Mary Kate will be defending their 1st place title from last year 🏆- doors open at 5:30 for the public to enjoy all of the fun creations!
