Joe holds licenses in both General contracting (B1) and Electrical contracting (C10). The company was founded in California in 1975. Being the son of a contractor and working on the field for many years with his dad, Joe Lofti had inquired a wealth of information and experience which has helped him lead his own successful company today. What makes LOFTI special is you get the caring feel of small

company and the strength and stability of a large company with hands on support from our senior experienced managers. Our company knows the importance of commitment, attitude, and integrity. The LOFTI staff is proud of its residential and commercial build design and expertise. We know the key to success is quality of products and service (Quality is the result of intelligent effort), and close relation with all of our clients. Our mission is to be the best in every thing we do, we endeavor to achieve it by only hiring the most qualified employees, delivering quality, practicing safety and continual attention to detail by conducting walk through of properties to determine needs for current and future work. Our project staff provides Value Analysis. We investigate and suggest viable design alternatives that will avoid unnecessary expansions and provide important value. We put our client relationship as our top priority and because clients needs vary, we perform to meet expectations, keeping a constant line of communication with our costumers.
