Backcountry Bakes Hey Folks! I'm a travelling wilderness employee who loves to bake in my spare time. And I can't eat it all - so I need your help!

Please comment feedback and advice, anything in regards to baking, decorating, food photography, creativity, ideas, etc. If I'm in your neck of the woods, I would love to take any orders for a super cheap price (basically just the cost of ingredients). This way I can gain experience and widen my sweets repertoire, while you can get cheap sweets! For the month of February, I'll be doing a countdown to Valentine's Day - which means a new dessert posted every day!
