MUSICAL NOTES - 1 gal. $8. I think we have 3 gal. also. Clerodendrum - a unique tropical shrub named for its distinct flower buds that droop and resemble musical notes before opening into showy white butterfly-like flowers with long red stamens. An upright, bushy shrub growing 3 to 5 feet tall. Blooms heavily from mid-summer through fall, and on-and-off year-round in warm climates. Individual flowers are short-lived (lasting about a couple of days).Wildlife: Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds to the garden. Best grown outdoors year-round in USDA Zones 9–11. It is sensitive to frost and freezing temperatures, which will kill it quickly. If you live outside of zones 9–11, grow it in a pot so you can move it indoors when cooler weather arrives.Light: Thrives in full sun to partial or filtered shade. Water & Soil: Prefers rich, moist, but well-draining soil. Water regularly during active growth, but reduce watering over the winter months. Pruning: Prune back lightly after the blooming season ends in late fall or winter to encourage a bushier shape; avoid heavy pruning during the active flowering season.

I'm having trouble getting my photos to upload so I'm thrilled to finally get these, that I took a week ago, to surface. Denise shows off more of our fall fashions that are arriving at Cedar St. Boutique: top and pants from APNY and the mustard color purse is from Noelle. Closing today at 3pm for Labor Day.
