Happy Sunday everyone!
I know we usually don't post a lot on Sundays, but we wanted you all to know why we haven't been too active on here the last few days. Jerri's husband, Mike, has been in the hospital again this week. He had a nasty kidney infection because of kidney stones, which lead him to being in septic shock. The infection also caused his heart stress, causing AFIB. As many of you know, he had a heart attack in March, so any stress on his system is dangerous to his heart. Luckily, after an ICU stay in a local hospital this week, he is home. He has to have another procedure in a couple weeks to break up the kidney stones, but he is doing well now and can do normal life again.
We wanted to share all of this so you would know what has been happening...now we also want to share an update on all the happenings here at the store.
This week we will be posting new stuff from 49&Market. We have finally received Mouse & Co, the Quiet Observer, and some of Campfire Memories from them. We will show them in the live this week and also have them on the website and Facebook to shop. These collections we delayed because of the fire at Notions Marketing.
Class this Tuesday is moved to next month because of Mike's hospitalization.
We will be posting regularly this week here (fingers crossed). The calendar for October just got finished as well. Check it out at www.scrapbooknook.art Remember, if you sign up for class you need to let us know 24 hours ahead of time. You can message the store here, call us, or text Jerri at 970-749-1451 to sign up.
Anyways, hopefully we will get back to more normal here soon. This year has been a challenge for us personally as well as the chaos our industry has felt from losing a major distributor and supply chain issues. As you all know, we love what we do and love sharing our passion of paper crafting with you all. We can't wait to see you in the store for shopping and for classes.
