Christmas wrapping hack. Open the box and turn it inside out, then tape it and use it for wrapping!! (So they don’t think they’re getting a box of crackers!)

Also MOM HACK Monday- if your kids can walk they’re old enough to do laundry. Or at least start. They want to help. Grab a stool and let them help put clothes in the washer. Let them help pull clothes out of the dryer. Let them help fold towels, or match socks. Or attempt to roll up or fold the awkward fitted sheet and put it in the linen closet that way! They’ll feel big and helpful and empowered. You do not need to be doing all the laundry. The sooner you start the quicker the kids can do it themselves.

Mom hack Monday- on Tuesday… 🤣when my kiddos were little and in diapers- forget the diaper genie- I bought a pack of disposable dog doodie bags at the dollar tree and tied up dirty diapers in them. They didn’t smell up the house- also in the winter… stick the dirty diapers in a garbage in the garage where it’s super cold and they’ll freeze and also not smell up the house. (Cuz we sometimes just can’t get to the outdoor garbage fast enough!)

MOM HACK!!! … if you’re making homemade pizza - double the recipe for the dough (or double what you plan on for dinner) Roll out, shape and bake the extra crust for 10 ish minutes. Let cool and then wrap in plastic wrap and freeze.
Then when you don’t know what to do for dinner- pull out the frozen crust- it will thaw as you prepare ingredients and be ready to bake as soon as the toppings are on. Bake as usual!
Can make individual sized pizzas, or a couple large pizzas. 👍🏻 A definite win!
