This has been a great table top project for some rad people. Finished to 220g with water pops from 150g.

Squared up the breadboard ends with the tracksaw and left 1/16” overhangs for expansions. Man, I love how Dark Walnut pops with a coat of Rubio 2C pure…

Also started the milling for the table legs and stretcher. Hope to have them jointed and laminated by Tuesday. Then final fit up this next weekend.

Had an adjustment to the breadboard table top I’m working on and needed / wanted to have specific length dowels cut ahead of time. Came up with this jig and it works perfectly.

In case anyone watching ever needs to do the same. Easiest method I could think of to cut such little sections safely.

Have had these precision blocks from woodpeckers for about two weeks. “Finally” able to use them sheesh … lol

Another epoxy fire table completed. Table top dimensions are 65 x 32 x 2”…

This one started out with rough sawn ash, milled to 6/4 (1.5” thick), jointed, carved and completely torched. Encased in epoxy at roughly a quarter inch on all six sides.

Largest epoxy table to date for us and it came out great. Finished taking out the little dust nits by wet sanding from 600-2000 grit. Added Chemical guys cut and polish with a new rotary polisher. In process of building the legs for it currently. A lot of work (close to 120 hours) but alot of knowledge picked up and, most importantly, enjoyment along the way.

Quick little test on some scrap MDF. I believe we worked it out well and will now add to our offerings!

If you have an image you’d like to cherish for a lifetime, let us know and will work out a custom quote. High resolution images of most all formats types (jpeg, stl, dxf, herc, etc) can be completed. These are scalable to the material size you’d prefer up to 32”W and X”L.

Interesting project for a client. This antique credenza was damaged due a picture frame above the unit fell and hit/chunked out two areas. We were able to repair this onsite as it was too large for the client to transit to our shop.

We were apprehensive to insure we could complete the color match without the requirement of a complete rework of the top. Turned out really nice and the client was thrilled.
