In loving memory of Laken Mae Bankert who passed away suddenly due to cardiomyopathy on 2/3/26...
Because of her profession as a Product Development Specialist for a seed company and her deep love for agriculture, we established the Laken Bankert Ag Scholarship through the Spring Grove Area Scholarship Fund, Inc. This scholarship will be awarded annually to a student pursuing a degree in any area of agriculture. 🚜
Laken was not only the life of the party at every family gathering, but also our designated blessing pray-er. Her prayers were often personalized for the occasion but always ended with (or if she was especially hungry, were shortened to):

"Bless the hands that prepared it and the farmers that grew it- Amen" 👩🏽‍🌾

After creating prayer signs for our family, we realized that there was no better way to share Laken's passion than to make some signs available to others and donate the proceeds to her scholarship.

Thank you for supporting Laken's legacy and helping future agricultural leaders grow. 💗
