Great price
We were extremely pleased with Floor Allure - from the initial proposal meeting, to the long days of their hard work, to the beautifully finished product. James and his team did a fantastic job sanding and refinishing 5 rooms, staircase, and railings in my daughter's home. The existing hardwood floors were over 75 years old, with some substantial damage at the entrance. They carefully replaced several oak boards, and now the floors look beautiful and amazing throughout. They even restored and sealed an existing wood laminate floor to look new again, when other contractors said it could not be done. As a retired owner of a large Architectural firm, I truly appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail and craftsmanship that James brought as the leader of his crew. His talent and depth of experience was very clear in every stage of the process - something that has become rare these days with contractors. We also solicited formal bids from 7 independent hardwood floor contractors, and Floor Allure was the second best quote (the lowest quote left out part of the scope), and most bids were much higher in fee (up to 50% higher than James). Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with Floor Allure regarding their excellent communications, timeliness, professionalism, final outcome, and price. There is not much else to consider - we would highly recommend Floor Allure.
