At Dona Vitae, we are buzzing about the future of our downtown and the amazing things coming to our little boutique. Yes, the construction is real—and yes, it’s a tad frustrating when you’re just trying to pop in for your favorites.

Here’s the fun twist: that moment when “Oh fudge!” meets “Oh… fudge!”—from the roadblock to the reward inside. The hustle outside only makes the treat inside that much sweeter.

To say thank you for sticking with us, we’re giving away a free piece of fudge with any purchase during construction. Consider it a small taste of the big, delicious plans we’re crafting for this space and for you.

Accessibility and convenience won’t slow us down: the front door is open, and we’ve got nearby parking options—including a lot directly behind the store with a back entrance, giving you continued convenience during the inconvenience of construction.

Momentum is building on 15th Avenue’s transformation as the next phase of construction kicks off today. The improvements are taking shape and we’re getting closer every day.

Here’s what to expect:

• 15th Avenue is CLOSED between 8th Street and 9th Street through end of April
• 8th Street intersection remains OPEN
• Sidewalks are OPEN
• 9th Street intersection is CLOSED

UPDATE:7th Street to 8th Street
• Paving begins this week
• Expect a short closure at the 7th Street intersection this week to complete median work
• Anticipated to REOPEN mid-March
• Sidewalks remain OPEN

Continue to shop local and support the amazing businesses along 15th Avenue — sidewalks are open and businesses are ready to welcome you!
