I just got in a new set of origami earrings from an artist I first met years ago, and was super happy to find again at a recent event. Best business name ever- Quantum Seahorse. She makes these from origami paper that she then paints to get the right look. They're super light, and I've probably been more careless than is ideal with mine, and they've held up well. Also, only $20! Check them out on this video. What's your favorite?

Second day at Topsfield Fair! Please, friends, go only go to artists that use fresh-mixed henna paste. Henna only lasts a few days once mixed up, so if they're using imported henna, if it stains at all, what's staining you is NOT henna, and not safe.

I'll be at Mattoon Street Arts Festival in Springfield this weekend with henna, glitter, and beaded sculpture. This event is both fancy AND schmancy, so I've revised and reprinted my Medieval Henna book, done a super fancy hand and arm henna inspired by 16th century Iznik Turkish art, and am FINALLY assembling the new Peacock themed kaleidocycle. My henna is covered in medical tape too keep it in place and moist longer, which I making the assembly a little trickier than anticipated, but it feels good to get this done. I'll post a photo of both at the event tomorrow, or you can visit and see it in person! I'm space 77.

Octopus brain surgery is awful.
I was trying to make one with a magnet head, but magnets are hard and heavy, and the beads actually broke when she was dropped. I've taken out the magnet and am replacing it with the usual wood.
Poor sweetie.

Mmmmm, that new glitter tattoo brush smell :)
Ok, they don't have a scent, but it's sorear till really cool to break out a new set. Also, new beads!
If you're in the area, come see us and have some amazing food at Italian Fest, Winthrop St, Springfield. Henna, face painting, glitter, and 3D printed fun. Here tomorrow, too!
