🌿 Your fall porch pots don’t always need a complete restart! 🍂

Here’s a perfect example: some of the plants from summer were still looking beautiful and thriving, so why pull them out? Instead, we kept what was working and swapped out a few grasses and seasonal plants to bring in those fall colors and textures.

A few simple changes can take a pot from summer → fall while getting even more life out of the plants you already have. 🌾🍁

Reuse what’s thriving. Refresh what isn’t. Welcome fall! 🧡
